This cable incorporates 250μm optical fibers housed within a loose tube fabricated from high-modulus material. The loose tube is filled with water-blocking compound. The cable core adopts FRP or metallic strength members; a PE layer is added when metallic strength members are used. Power conductors and fiber loose tubes are stranded around the central strength member to form a compact, circular cable core, which is also filled with water-blocking compound. After applying longitudinal PSP covering, a PE or LSZH outer sheath is extruded, completing the cable structure.
Fiber ribbons are housed in loose tubes made of high-modulus polyester material. The loose tubes are filled with water-blocking compound. A metallic central strength member forms the cable core; PE coating is applied to this member for certain fiber counts. Loose tubes and fillers are stranded around the strength member to form a compact circular cable core, which is filled with filling compound. The core is longitudinally wrapped with PSP tape, followed by extrusion of the PE outer sheath to complete the cable.
Fiber ribbons are placed inside a loose tube made of high-modulus polyester material. The tube is filled with water-blocking compound. The loose tube is longitudinally wrapped with PSP tape. Water-blocking material is filled between the steel belt and loose tube. Two parallel steel wires are arranged on both sides. A PE outer sheath is extruded to finish the cable.
Single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers are placed inside loose tubes filled with water-blocking compound. A metallic central strength member supports the cable core. Loose tubes and fillers are stranded around this strength member to form a compact circular core, which is also filled with water-blocking compound. The core is longitudinally wrapped with PSP and combined with steel wire. A PE outer sheath is then extruded to form the figure‑8 cable.
